With the HI700HS In-Line Weigh Price Labeller, you can label up to 140 packs per minute while maintaining accuracy and reliability. Featuring a user-friendly 15” full colour touch screen operation, precision top and bottom labelling, high performance, quick release conveyors, and optional linerless labelling. With this high-speed automatic in-line labelling machine from Wedderburn, your production line will run faster than ever before.

Introducing our NEW Automatic Cardboard Sleeving Machine. Ideal for customers who want a sustainable packaging solution and an automated production process. The Cardboard Sleeving Machine is suitable for a large range of tray and packs types, and you can apply up to 100 sleeves per minute, (dual lane), with this best in class solution. 

We manufacture the consumable cardboard sleeves from our factory in south west Sydney. Sleeves are available in a variety of shapes and sizes and are suitable for a variety of applications including meat, poultry and seafood products as well as ready-meals. We are proudly FSC® (FSC C164633) and PEFC certified, which ensures your sleeves are made from renewable resources. Sleeves can be applied by hand, or automatically with the Cardboard Sleever.

The WPLP210AUTO Pouch Bagging Machine is a high speed, entry level, automatic bagging machine designed to open, fill and seal up to 20 pre-made pouches per minute. The auto bag functionality allows the operator to switch between bag sizes in a matter seconds, without the need for tools. This feature dramatically reduces downtime for production lines that pack multiple pouch sizes.

The WPLP210AUTO Pouch Bagging Machine can be sold as a standalone solution, and incorporated into your existing production process. Alternatively, we design and supply a complete solution to automate your production process. 

With its compact stainless steel design and modern technology, the WFT88FCG12 in-line Tray Sealer gives a perfect seal every time. Seal modes available include top seal-only, vacuum, partial vacuum, MAP, and SKIN (VSP) pack. This quality solution is suitable for a wide variety of food applications including meat, poultry, seafood and ready-meals. Retailers and food processors who require quality finished sealed products can take advantage of this in-line machine. Production capacity is 4-9 cycles per minute.

Wedderburn prints over 7 million labels a day in our factory in south west Sydney. We produce a range of labels and consumables from basic blank labels, to beautiful full colour, award-winning label designs. We also manufacture cardboard sleeves, strap banding, printed lidding film, fruit tags, fruit strip banding and more.
