Our Automatic Cardboard Sleeving Machines offer a high level of flexibility and efficiency in the packaging of food products. These machines are designed to personalise food packaging by applying pre-folded and pre-glued cardboard sleeves around trays and containers at a remarkable rate of up to 100 sleeves per minute.

To ensure optimal efficiency and adaptability, our Automatic Sleeve Applicators are engineered to accommodate a wide range of trays and sleeve styles, catering to the diverse needs of various products. Additionally, the innovative sleeve cassette system further enhances efficiency, taking it to a whole new level.

The W-5600SRX is a cutting-edge solution for high-mix low-volume production in the food retail industry. It is ideal for meat and poultry factories, as well as fruit and vegetable packers. With improved wrapping capability and minimized downtime, it can double production output to 60 packs per minute and handle trays of varying sizes, shapes, and materials.

The SRX model comes with a dual-film system that selects the appropriate film automatically, reducing plastic usage and waste. Additionally, the Alignment Guide ensures that the infeed tray is consistently aligned, resulting in fast and consistent wrapping results. This attention to detail and precision further enhances the overall efficiency and productivity of the W-5600SRX.

Our automated pouch bagging machines are engineered for efficiently packaging powders, beans and granular products, and they accommodate a range of pouch sizes.

As an entry level pouch bagging machine, the WPLP210AUTO automatically opens, fills and seals pre-made quad seal side gusset pouches. It has the time-saving advantage of automatic toolless format changeover between bag sizes. With a compact size and efficient packaging rate of up to 20 pouches per minute, this an ideal packaging machine for processing plants wanting to introduce automated bagging.

Featuring heavy duty 304 stainless steel and clear Lexan front doors, the WPLP210AUTO Pouch Bagging Machine is designed so that operators have clear sight lines into the machine and easy access for effective cleaning and servicing.

The HI700HS is a high-performance In-Line Weigh Labeller that delivers on speed, reliability and flexibility. It sets new speed records in our range with the ability to process up to 140 packs per minute whilst retaining the accuracy and reliability Wedderburn and DIGI are recognised for around the world.

Clever engineering and improved software allows for greater system flexibility than other In-Line Labellers with smart labelling options and excellent management controls. The smooth brushed stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean and free from contaminants which helps you meet hygiene and food safety standards.

Wedderburn prints over 7 million labels a day in our factory in south west Sydney.
